Yes: Ovulation usually occurs day 14 of a 28d day cycle. So if menses is 10 days long you would be ovulating about 3-4 days later. Also, if you cycle length is shorter, e 21-27, ovulation occurs sooner(day 7-13).. A good guide is subtract 14 days from when you would expect your next period based on your cycle and that is when you will ovulate.
