Not needed: If you were circumsized as a baby, restoring the foreskin will not increase the sensitivity of the head of the penis. All restoring it will do is be a potential source of infection if not cleaned properly. Additionally if not done properly you could have issues with scar tissue, infection, etc. Basically not with doing.
