Give it time: Menses may be delayed for months after depoprovera. There is no way to remove from system faster. Once menses returns then you may try timed intercourse.

Check if ovulating: The best way is to get an ovulation kit from the pharmacy and check if you are ovulating and wait till you start ovulating, and no, you can't "detox depo" from your body.
