Serious problem: The combination of memory loss, slurred speech and headaches is worrisome for real trouble such as a stroke, meningitis, brain hemorrhage, brain tumor or medication side effects. Any person with such symptoms needs to go to the er or see a physician immediately to evaluate for any serious brain disease.
