I just started taking topamax (topiramate) 75mgmg experienced chest pains this didn't happened on 50 mg is this a sign of overdose?

Unusual: Does not usually cause this side effect, and doubt, if you had the kidney stone issue, it would cause chest pain. Discuss with your doctor as this could be stomach event or a new comorbidity/.
