See below: Flonase (fluticasone propionate) & Allegra (fexofenadine) may be safely (& often are) used together to treat allergies. Allegra is a non-sedating antihistamine, & Flonase is a nasally inhaled corticosteroid (for reducing inflammation & stabilizing nasal passage cells).
