Fever : Fever , back pain. May be not leg pain. Talk to your doctor if symptoms persist.

It is possible: Leg is not symptom of uti, you should culture and sensitivity to see if the medication you are taking is the right one for you.

Interesting. Yes can: Obstructed swollen ureter + active UTI can account 4 this constellation of symptoms. Ureter lies on psoas muscle which can account for back & leg pain. Active UTI could be caused by resistant organism or bacteria have heve become resistant to sparfloxacin. Suggest your dr orders kidney & bladder ultrasound with pre & post-void views. Please let me know results.
