Yes: While these products are safe, the question is how effective are they. The no ones increase nitric oxid in you cells to help increase your power & decrease fatigue while exercising. Problem is while studies show they can work, there is no way for us to tell who they will or won't work for. Not everyone will get the same/any effect. This holds true for all supps. Protein powder is safe & effectiv.
