Breast enlargement: Breasts can be make fuller and if desired larger with implants. There are also some surgeons transferring fat, this procedure is less predictable and has not been used as long as implants have been used. You need a lot of extra fat to change your size and you may need more than one procedure.

Breasts: You are obviously fully grown, so you have a few options. Fat transfer allows the use of your own fat that is added to the breasts (organic plastic surgery) by a plastic surgeon or you can have a traditional breast augmentation using saline or silicone gel implants. Plastic surgery!: There is no "natural" breast enlargement and fat grafting is still considered experimental and controversial because of the potential for some of the fat dying and causing scar tissue and/or calcifications. These can interfere with mammograms and reduce ability to detect cancer. Plastic surgery is still the safest and best way to enlarge breasts; I do over150 a year. Avoid creams and miracle pills.
