Splint: Question is not clear regarding the age of the patient involved. Generally speaking, i would have this deformity evaluated by a board certified foot and ankle physician. Foot xrays can help determine any underlying bone involvement or deformity. Treatment may range from benign neglect, to symptomatic relief and splinting to possible surgical intervention.
