Caffein: Caffeine boosts your energy which is good supplement for a depressed patient, but I have seen people cannot tolerate caffeine due to palpation and nervousness. Then i suggest it would be worth to try.

no reason why not: There is no reason why you can not drink coffee when you are taking zoloft (sertraline). As long as you can tolerate caffeine.

Yes, BUT: If you are taking zoloft (sertraline) because of anxiety attacks, caffeine may make you more likely to have those. Is that what you want for yourself?

Zoloft (sertraline): If depressed, in moderation is ok. If anxious, it makes anxiety worse and side effects of zoloft (sertraline) more intense.
