Aromatherapy especially lavender scent can help calm and relax the body. Stress can often increase symptoms of fibromyalgia, reducing stress through relaxation techniques can significantly deduce symptoms.

Aroma therapy will only help if it contributes to relaxation. Biofeedback can be an excellent way to learn relaxation heat may exert its effect via relaxation if inability to relax is a problem see a good clinical psychologist.
