See a doctor: The most important thing is do get the diagnosis. It could be many things. Obtaining the correct diagnosis will enable you to adequately treat the underlying problem and would hopefully help to begin to treat your chronic pain.

Depends on cause: Medication, nerve block, or surgical evaluation all can help. It depends on the cause. If you have not seen your primary care physician (gynocplogist?) i would start there.
