Can happen: Bladder prolapse is a herniation of the bladder into the vagina. It may or may not cause incontinence depending on whether or not it drags the urethra down with it. It can cause lower abdominal discomfort. See your gyn as there are numerous treatment options.

Yes: Particularly after prolonged standing. Its often less in am when u first wake up. This is the effect of gravity and pressure pulling it down more when upright.
