Zoloft/Penicillin: Both medications, zoloft (sertraline) 50mg. & pe. 250mg., have the side-effect of nausea & anxiety initially. Consult with your prescribing doc.

Maybe: There's usually no interaction between zoloft (sertraline) and penicillin. Unless the zoloft (sertraline) is new for you, i would not expect it to related to your complaints. Certainly the penicillin or the infection you're being treated for could be related to your complaints. Please contact the prescribing physician for clarification.
