Abd u/s shows hepatomegaly liver span enlarged @ 18 cm. i am 69 & 4" 11 spleen 11.4 cm not enlarged what is the norm if 18 cm is high?

Liver span: Normal liver span is 14-15 cm. Please do a liver function test. It is a simple blood test. Sometimes in us the span is read enlarged and it could be normal due to a normal variation named riddle lobe.

About 15-16: Cm. But depends on shape of liver and size of patient. A better test is a ct scan.
