Leg extensions...: Hopefully it was dislocated and now has been re-positioned. Also, are we speaking about the patella dislocating? This would be the most common scenario.This usually occurs to the outer knee. You can help this condition by strengthening the inner thigh (quad) muscles by doing leg extensions. Start by doing them with no weight and progress from there. You should consider going to physical therapy.
