It certainly can!: Itchy eyes and an itchy nose are common manifestations of allergy. Try to be aware of when the symptoms occur and see if a otc antihistamine is effective at relieving your symptoms. If it happens all the time you may benefit from seeing an allergy specialist and allergy testing.
