Pain physician: I am assuming you consulted your pcp. Try consulting a pain physician or a neurologist for a comprehensive evaluation. You could be having migraines, but it could also be an underlying medical condition.

Get diagnosed: You may be experiencing episodes of classical migraine if focal numbness or tingling precedes the headache, and especially if this sequence is on opposite sides. However, the chest symptoms do not fit. A local neurologist can help guide you.
