What type of larvae's could be in human stools that is visible to the naked eye?

Need micro confirm: Sometimes wormy looking stuff really isn't a worm. If it is visible to the naked eye and it is moving, that is usually a pretty good sign it is indeed a worm. Still needs microscopic confirmation whatever it is.
