Probably OK: The use of alcohol-based hand sanitizers is probably ok during pregnancy as long as it is used sparingly. Tiny amounts of the alcohol can get absorbed through the skin but this is at nearly non-detectable levels if used sparingly.

General rule: The over the counter stuff you put on your skin (lotions,creams) is not absorbed in enough quantity to reach baby. This is true during pregnancy or breastfeeding afterward. I would not bathe in it, more because inhaling the alcohol fumes could reach detectable amounts in that setting.
