Have it checked: If you are a heart patient and are experiencing discomfort in the chest, or arms, or jaw, or upper abdoment, these could be signs of ischemic heart pain (not enough blood getting to the heart muscle tissue, relative to the body's needs at that time). Have no idea what test you are talking about. Again, clinical suspicion arising out of a good hx and px is key. Then test accordingly.
