Not necessarily STD: Swollen gland may be enlarged lymph node, which is expected from a genital sore. The sore needs to be evaluated. Syphilis or herpes can cause sores, but 5 weeks would be unusual. Stds chancroid or granuloma inguinale are rare. Other skin problems can occur on the penis that aren't related to stds. See a primary care provider or dermatologist.
