Carpal tunnel: This could be as simple as cramps of the small muscles within the hand (the intrisics), which is a part of the syndrome known generally as writer's cramp. Or, it could be carpal tunnel syndrome. I would advise you see a hand surgeon for an evaluation as it might help.
