See your doctor: Yeast in my practice generally isn't the cause of infection. Go be evaluated by your wound doctor.

Simple Cause/tx: Yeast/fungus infections occur almost always when there is an antibiotic being used, just ask any female. I am betting that one of the treatments you got was antibiotics. If the wound is not infected, they kill off the easy stuff and let the yeast/fungus grow, an experienced wound doc will stop the antibiotics and likely use oral and topical antifungals to resolve this.
