Not much: There is not really a way to decrease levels other than to stay hydrated and avoid foods and vitamin pills with vitamin a. You might want to get your liver enzymes checked. Definitely avoid getting pregnant, as high levels of vitamin a can cause serious birth defects. Also, do not give blood for six months.
