Depends: It mostly depends on whether they contain vitamins a, d, e, and k. It also depends on co-existing medical conditions, such as liver or kidney failure. To get a toxic dose of vitamin a, you would probably have to take 70 tablets of a typical multivitamin. Most vitamin toxicity happens over a long period of time taking too much of the same vitamin.
