R I C E: R i c e: rest, ice, compression, elevation. These are the basics. Usually a tendonitis is due to an overuse type of mechanism, if you have increased your training and or have changed surfaces that you walk or run on this could contribute as well. If you have had this for several weeks have tried the this treatment and it is not getting better you need to see your podiatrist.
