See derm, rheum MDs: There are several very effective medicines (anti-tnf meds or anti-p40 meds) that can really help with your symptoms. I would see both a dermatologist and rheumatologist to get a team decision about what to do next.

Rheumatologist: There are many effective treatments, dependent upon extent of disease. Rheumatologist and dermatologist collaboration would be very helpful.
