Why you want vitD in: Vitamin d injections are painful and unneccessary.If you have low vit d blood level you can be treated with loading doses of vit d 50000 units by mouth followed by maitainance dose daily.Discuss with your doctor this option, it is ok to take vit d if you are trying to get pregnant.
