Probably not: You may have pre-period spoofing from the extra boost in estrogen from the morning after pill, but period should otherwise come as usual. The bubbles are usually not a sign of anything, especially ina young woman.

Bubble may be protei: Bubbles in urine may be normal or may be a sign of protein in urine. If you have swelling, high bp, or other symptoms, should have urinalysis (dipstick, very easy and cheap) to check for protein in urine.
