Bad: By the way it is cm not inch -- let's not make it bigger ok. 7cm is more than twice the usual diameter of abdominal aorta -- so it must be followed closely by a vascular specialist!

Needs intervention: Agree, 7 cm, not inches. A greater than 6 cm asymptomatic requires surgical intervention. You should see a vascular surgeon with endovascular experience. Evar is the standard of care.
