Have endometriosis and pmdd. taking yaz (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol) but is killing my libido. want something new or nothing. suggestions?

Try a different pill: You should see your gynecologist to discuss changing birth control pills. With severe endometriosis, it is generally not a good idea to have unregulated cycles. Pmdd is very challenging. You may need an antidepressant in addition to birth control pills.
