A member asked:

Is it possible to keep working out and still get rid of the tennis elbow?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes and No: Tennis elbow is the result of overload of the extensor tendon attachment to the lateral epicondylar ridge of the distal humerus. No impact strength and conditioning can be helpful but you must be careful you do not continue to overload the tendon.
