Similar : Endo retreatment is just what it says... Removal of previously placed gutta purcha (endo filling material) and re filing the tooth and then replacing the gutta purcha. Apicoectomy is a procedure usually performed in a endo specialist office . In this procedure the end of the root tip is removed and a special cement or other filling material is placed to plug the freshly cut root tip.
