Get off RA meds: Rheumatoid arthritis remains a difficult diagnosis for rheumatologists despite our knowledge about it. I can understand your frustration with this type of error, but please understand that no autoimmune disease has a cut-and-dry diagnostic test. Just make sure that you and your md appropriately stop any RA medications to limit any adverse events.
