Depends: It depends on what type of bone cancer?, ( some cancers are sensitive to chemo, some others are not) , what is the stage of the cancer? Location of the cancer? Resectability and other prognostic factors-like age, overall medical condition of the patient etc. Please discuss with your oncologist in detail.
