Depends: Some people are sensitive to dry cleaning solvents, so keep this in mind no matter what the fabric. You can be allergic to natural fabrics, wool being the classic example. For the home laaundry, i recommend one of the detergents with free on the end, all-free, tide -free, etc and no fabric softeners or dryer sheets. I hope this helps you out. Lana long, M.D.
