See below: If there is no pain or problem i would do nothing. The only treatment would be surgery to take the toes apart.

Usually no harm: Having webbed toes usually does not cause any problems. It is usually just a cosmetic issue. If it is causing you any problems, it can be surgically corrected. Have it evaluated by a professional and get their advice.
