Perspective: Analyze why? Tired of job, same routine, dislike environment, dislike colleagues or the boss, physical health conditions, not challenging, etc.? If you can identify the problem - can you change it? Otherwise, get alternate training, take night courses, initiate a job search in other areas. If all else fails get counseling or even consider moving to another location.
