Perspective: Analyze why? Tired of job, same routine, dislike environment, dislike colleagues or the boss, physical health conditions, not challenging, etc.? If you can identify the problem - can you change it? Otherwise, get alternate training, take night courses, initiate a job search in other areas. If all else fails get counseling or even consider moving to another location.

Burnout: Burnout indicates that the deposits and withdrawals from your physical, emotional, and spiritual energy accounts are out of balance. Balancing these needs is a dilemma requiring a very individual strategy, with ongoing monitoring to see how interventions that you choose, work for you. A good Executive Coach can often help assess what's happening in your situation, & create helpful strategies.
