If job burnout goes on for to long can a person start getting anxiety if so what can help if you just ain't take time off.

Learn self -care.: To address stress ; burnout: talk about feelings ; address problems. Don't avoid them. Aim for 7.5 - 8 hours of sleep/ night. Daily physical activity is optimal in a green space. Eat healthfully. Cut out junk carbs, caffeine ; alcohol (or moderate). Try qi gong, tai chi, acupuncture, acupressure, homeopathy, meditation, yoga, exercise program, deep breathing exercises or progressive muscle.

Burnout: Agree with Dr. Fowler on personal stress management practices. You also need to review the specific issues of your workplace, and see how your work aligns with your personal needs. Also, some employers do not support their front-line workers with resources or staffing to do their jobs effectively, which leads to ongoing stress & burnout. Toxic leadership causes a lot of burnout too.
