Oversue injuries: Repetitive motions involving overuse of muscles and tendons and the intervening bones & joints can lead to pain and injury. Simple precautions may help prevent such injuries (rotator cuff tendinitis, hamstring strain/tear, meniscal tear, bony stress fracture). Taking frequent breaks, changing position, and alternating tasks can help. Wearing the appropriate protective equipment also helps.
