No: Will sting, but won't cause harm. Similar to putting a disinfectant on a wound. It is then best to rinse it off with claen water.

OUCH! : That type of hand sanitizer is 63% ethyl alcohol or ethanol. Ethanol is the same alcohol found in spirits and liquors and beer and wine. It will sting and probably used sparingly will not harm a very superficial cut but id keep it out of deep cuts.Gentle washing with soap and water is effective. It also contains water, isopropyl alcohol, glycerin, carbomer, fragrance, aminomethyl propanol, etc.
