Missed period +2 wks: Ovulation, and assumed conception, is about 14 days before your period starts--so, say you missed your period for 5 days now, 5+14 =19 days along. Remember, this is an estimate. Even ultrasound result, which is quite good, is still only an estimate. Eat well, start your prenatal vitamins, sleep well, keep active/exercise regularly. Consult doc as soon as feasible.
