Not sure: Not sure what you mean by radial artery not functioning. Was there a failed attempt at radial puncture? Was the radial artery used as bypass graft? Radial artery has mostly been abandoned as an option for bypass graft and is only used as a last resort. Please clarify.

Depends: Seethe surgeon as well. Read the operative report or discuss. The left internal thoracic graft (lima) is common and may provide total flow. Radial and vein grafts are also good, but do shut down at a higher rate than lima. Stenting may help some. Realy need the total devotion to good diet, exercize, rehab.
