Yes: Yes, once you are released from the clinic you are considered safe to the general public, including intimacy. The radiotracer is primarily washed out through the urine. If you want to be extra extra extra cautious then make sure no urine contamination gets on the other person. But even still, you are completely safe after a bone scan.
