Dysport/Botox: Eye twitch can be caused by stress, electrolyte imbalance, neurological conditions. You need to talk to your doctor to assess for an underlying cause before treatment. If considered benign, twitching muscles around the eye (obicularis oculi) can be safely and effectively treated with small amounts of Dysport or botox.
