A member asked:

Is there a relationship between peripheral artery disease and epinephrine levels?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: No, there is no relationship between Epinephrine and vascular disease. However, Epinephrine does increase peripheral vascular resistance. It does this by causing all the little muscles in the arteries and capillaries to clamp down. This increases someone's blood pressure.
