What is the relationship between a sedentary lifestyle and coronary artery disease?

Sedentary lifestyle: Causes weight gain which in turn increases your risk of hypertension, elevated cholesterol, diabetes all of which put you at increased risk for coronary artery disease. Remember thin is in. Stay lean, don't smoke, eat well and you are at low risk for all of the above. Good luck. Dr. B.
