Stained teeth : Brushing teeth after drinking red wine, coffee, tea, may decrease staining. Using a straw may also help. Also, teeth are more likely to stain after brushing. Many teeth whitening products are available, ask your dentist about professional teeth whitening.

Brush them!: The red stain you see right after drinking red wine is not actually staining your teeth, but the layer of saliva and plaque that is coating your teeth. Brushing should remove this layer. Long term exposure to red wine can stain the tooth enamel. If you have this problem then ask your dentist about safe bleaching products.
